Maitland Picozzi is a Cooroy based self-taught Abstract artist who occasionally delves into Realism.

Her creativity originally stemmed from her love of Photography and Videography, although through her work, has been surrounded and inspired by Art and other Artists since 2017.

Maitland launched her Art career by appearing in the Peregian Beach ‘Love Local’ group exhibition in 2020, and has had much success since. Her current art style being heavily inspired by current fashion trends, interior design and decorating.

Her medium of choice is primarily Acrylic and Pastel, although she prefers to work with Oil on her realism pieces. Maitland also takes pride in that her float-frames are all handmade.
